1.shampoo & Conditioner


It is extremely important to understand your scalp type and choose the right shampoo.Buy shampoo to keep an eye on your scalp.
If your scalp is dry then not to over wash your scalp because it can lead you to hair fall, and if your scalp is oily then wash it daily because not to wash the oily scalp daily can lead you to hair fall. It's depend on your scalp.
Make sure that your shampoo is not loaded with much chemicals including sulfate, paraben, and silicone.
A good conditioner can also help you to stop hair fall but if you are using a good shampoo then you have no need for any conditioner.Conditioner contains amino acid that help to repair damaged hair, and also helps to keep them smooth.

2.Diet and Exercise


you need to feed your hair all the right nutrients particularly plenty of protein and iron. However, along with eating a balanced diet ensure you are exercising side by side.
 Yoga and meditation are effective in reducing hair fall. A proper diet will surely helps you to stop hair falling.
Diet for healthy hair include;
Spinach, that is not only a great source of iron that is the main cause of hair fall. It includes vitamin A, C and protein.It also known as natural conditioner because it contains sebum that provides us with omega-3 acid, magnesium, potassium ans calcium.
Carrots are also useful for hairs because it contains vitamin A, that also improves hair growth.Carrots make hair healthy, lustrous and improve blood circulation.

Oats are rich in fibre, zinc, iron, omega-6 and fatty acids that make your hair thick.

3. Chemical Treatments

Avoid using Blow dryers, curling rods, especially on wet hairs as they actually boil the water in your hair and make them brittle.

If you really need to use a blow dry, then keep it on the lowest heat setting. If using other products that heat your hair, starts with a fortifying leave in conditioner and finish with a protective spray.

1.Egg Mask

Eggs are rich in Sulfur, Phosphorous, Selenium, iodine, zinc and protein.To prepare the Mask Separate one egg white in a bowl and add a teaspoon each of olive oil and honey.

 Beat to make a paste and apply it all over from roots to tips.After 20 minutes, wash with a mild shampoo.

2.Licorice root

This herb prevents hair loss and further damage to the hair.It helps soothe the scalp and get rid of any dry dandruff.

Make a paste by adding a tablespoon of ground licorice root and a quarter teaspoon saffron to one cup milk. Apply this to your scalp and hair length and leave it on overnight.Next morning wash your hair and repeat this twice a week.

3.Coconut oil

The protein and essential fats in it promote hair growth and prevent hair loss.To prepare the milk, grate a medium sized coconut and simmer it in a pan for five minutes then strain and cool.Add one tablespoon of crushed black pepper and fenugreek seeds to the milk and apply on your scalp for 20 minutes then wash your hairs.

4.Greek yoghurt and Honey


Mix 2 tablespoon of yoghurt with 1 tablespoon of honey and lemon in a bowl.Apply this paste on the scalp and roots.Leaver it on for 30 minutes and wash with cold water.Apply this paste once a week.

5.Aloe Vera


Aloe Vera is an effective home remedy for hair loss.It is also effective in reducing problems of scalp like itching and flaking.Take the stalk of Aloe Vera and extract the pulp.Apply it your hair and scalp and leave it for 45 minutes then wash with normal water.You can do this 3 to 4 times a week to see better results.

6. Methi seeds


For paste,
Soak the methi seeds overnight in water and grind it to a fine paste and apply it to your hair scalp.Leave the paste on your head for 30 minutes and then wash it.You don't have to use any shampoo.Do it twice a week for a month for control hair fall.

7.Onion juice

The antibacterial properties of onion help fight against scalp infections, while the sulfur content improves circulation blood to the hair follicles.It promotes hair growth and control loss of hair.
To extract Onion juice, grind the onion and then squeeze out the juice.

Dip the cotton ball in the onion juice and apply it to your scalp.Leave it for 20 to 30 minutes and wash it off using normal water and mild shampoo. Do it once a week and check the results.

8.Amla


Amla contain vitamin C ,one of the cause of hair damage.Amla helps promote faster growth of hair, maintain a healthy scalp and prevents premature greying.You can mix lime juice and amla powder to make a paste. Message it to your scalp and hair. Keep it for one hour and then wash with normal water. 

Causes of hair loss

Main causes of hair loss are, Nutritional deficiencies , Hormonal Imbalance, Thyroid issues, Polycystic ovary syndrome, Birthcontrol pills, stress, Hairstyling product.

Medical conditions; such as Telogen effluvium, Androgenetic alopecia, Alopecia areata, Aging and Genetics.
